Recruitment contact and privacy
Below we describe what data we receive in connection with recruitment, what we use it for, and what rights you have.
1. The data controller

FleetPoint recruits for an automotive team working at the eCarService facility in Szemud, Poland. eCarService is developing tools that support work organization and technical knowledge.
2. What data we receive
You may provide your name, phone number, email, the role you’re interested in, a short message, years of experience, your preferred contact channel, and an optional CV. We also receive technical data needed to handle the submission, such as the page address, referrer, UTM parameters, and IP address.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use the data to respond to your message, conduct a conversation, assess your fit for the role, and arrange further contact. Legal basis: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO — działania przed zawarciem umowy; w zakresie danych wymaganych przepisami prawa pracy — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO; a w przypadku zgody na przyszłe rekrutacje — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO.
The optional consent for future recruitment is used only to contact you about future roles.
4. Retention period
We retain the data for do zakończenia bieżącej rekrutacji, a następnie przez okres niezbędny do obrony przed roszczeniami. Jeżeli wyrazisz zgodę na przyszłe rekrutacje, dane przetwarzamy do jej wycofania lub przez 12 miesięcy — zależnie od tego, co nastąpi wcześniej.
5. Recipients of the data
The data may be received by: osoby prowadzące rekrutację oraz dostawcy hostingu, poczty elektronicznej, formularza i bezpieczeństwa infrastruktury. Dane nie są sprzedawane ani udostępniane w celach marketingowych.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and to object where processing is based on legitimate interest. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To request deletion of your data or ask any other question, use the contact address given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
7. CV and the form
A CV is optional. We do not require it for the first contact. Attachments are sent only to the controller via the configured recruitment mailbox and are not stored on the website.
