What the work looks like

Diagnosis built on data, documentation and experience

We work on passenger cars, company cars and light commercial vehicles. We focus on finding the root cause of a problem instead of swapping parts at random.

We use technical documentation, live data and measurements. Harder cases can be discussed with the team, and the technician has a real say in how a problem gets solved.

We are also building internal tools to organize knowledge and make it easier to consult on harder cases.
